Development of a recreational and leisure area within Lake Janówko 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a publicly accessible, permanent recreational pier together with the furnishing of a beach and bathing area in the locality of Janówko, Brzozie commune, on plot no. 29, cadastral district of Janówko, as part of the task entitled "Development of a recreational and leisure area within Lake Janówko". 1) Dismantling the existing floating pier, its moorings and elements that conflict with the investment, and tidying up the construction site area. 2) Partial removal of the reedbed together with its root system within the scope specified in the design documentation, totaling approximately 730 m², while complying with environmental constraints. 3) Construction of a pier with a steel-and-timber structure, sited on steel tubular piles, including an observation deck, stairs, a walking spur path, angling stations, and a shelter. 4) Construction of railings and ladders, and delivery, installation and commissioning of solar lighting. 5) Supply and installation of the equipment specified in the documentation, in particular…
