TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development for recreational and tourist purposes of the beach in Lubicz. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a building permit for the development of the beach area in Lubicz, including landscaping and small architecture. Investment address: plots No. 74/3, 74/12 – agricultural plots, as well as parts of plots 74/10 (Wp), 75/1 (Wp), Lubicz district/“o. Lubicz”. As part of the above task, the following are included, among others: • execution of permeable mineral surfacing • development of the area for a recreational lawn • preparation of rest areas • execution of a playground • execution of changing rooms and a place for portable toilets (Toitoi) together with pergolas • execution of a car park • execution of a pier over the water and raised pedestrian routes • additional planting of trees and shrubs, perennials and grasses • information boards, waste bins, locations of other elements of small architecture.
