TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service involving the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 originating from the area of the Świętochłowice Commune in 2027 from residential properties and properties which, in part, are properties where residents live and, in part, are properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in an estimated amount of approximately 7,400 Mg/year. 3. The waste to be managed will be transferred successively in quantities dependent on the amount of waste generated by the owners of the properties located in the area of the Świętochłowice Commune covered by the commune system for managing municipal waste. 4. Waste management includes activities indicated in Article 3(1)(5)(b) and (c) and Article 3(1)(21) of the Waste Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended). 5.
