TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste management services originating from the Gryfino Municipality area – collected from the owners of non-residential properties – of the fraction "unsorted (mixed) municipal waste" – with code 20 03 01. Transportation of waste from the transshipment point located within the Gryfino-East municipal waste landfill (plot no. 96/16, Wełtyń II precinct, Gryfino Municipality) and the related costs of delivering the waste to the waste management facility shall be borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to manage the waste collected from the Contracting Authority, which is the subject of the contract under the Agreement, in a municipal facility, in accordance with Article 29a paragraph 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
