TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract in the public procurement procedure entitled “Management, collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of the Nowy Targ Commune for the period from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027” is: − collection of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties located within the area of the Nowy Targ Commune; − collection of municipal waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) in the localities of Łopuszna, Trute and from 01.01.2027 in Krempachy; − collection of expired medicines and used batteries collected in containers placed in locations designated by the Contracting Authority; − collection of municipal waste from containers (street bins) located in public places designated by the Contracting Authority; − transport of the collected municipal waste referred to in points 1–4 above and delivering it to places/the place for waste management, including indirectly; − management of municipal waste at the waste management site (communal installation) indicated by the Contractor in its tender — in the case of all fractions of municipal waste, − equipping properties with bags in the quantity needed for…
