Management of received biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 from the area of the city of Łaziska Górne The subject of the contract is the acceptance and management of municipal waste from the area of Łaziska Górne, delivered by the Contracting Authority. The subject of the contract includes the acceptance for management of the following types of waste:• Biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 (loose waste) in the quantity of 210 Mg• Biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 (waste in foil bags) in the quantity of 140 MgThe Contracting Authority reserves the right to order quantities smaller than those specified in the subject of the contract, with the proviso that it undertakes to perform at least 60% of the contract value. In the event of such a situation, the Contractor shall have no claims against the Contracting Authority on this account.A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its scope has been specified in the annexes to the specification of contract terms (SWZ), i.e.: - in Annex No 3 “Description of the Subject of the Contract” - in Annex No 4 “Draft contract provisions for a public procurement contract to be included in the wording of this contract”
