Section. Subcontractors and third parties: 5. The Contractor may entrust the performance of the contract to subcontractors provided that the subcontractor has the appropriate authorisations to perform the contract assigned to it, if for performing the contract it is necessary to have appropriate authorisations (including the relevant permits or an entry in the appropriate register). 6. Entrusting the performance of part of the contract subject matter to subcontractors does not exempt the Contractor, in any respect, from liability for the proper performance of this contract. 7. In order to confirm fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, in appropriate situations and with regard to a specific contract or its part, the Contractor may rely on the technical or professional capacities or the financial or economic situation of other entities, irrespective of the legal nature of the legal relationships connecting it to those entities. 8.
