TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste consisting in: 1) receiving municipal waste, itemised by type in the table in Section II of the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), at the place for receiving municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, 2) collecting / storing municipal waste, including at the place for receiving municipal waste, after its receipt and before processing, 3) processing the received municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at an installation or installations holding the authorisations required by law to manage particular types of waste, indicated and provided by the Contractor, in accordance with applicable legal regulations; 4) performing reporting and information obligations, 5) performing obligations that ensure the Contracting Authority’s ability to exercise its control and verification rights, 6) performing services and obligations related to the services referred to above in points 1–5).
