TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of the specified types of municipal waste delivered by the entity or entities collecting/transporting, in particular, the waste types specified to: - residential properties located within the territory of the Jasień municipality - the point(s) of selective collection of municipal waste operating within the territory of the Jasień municipality, in the quantities indicated below, over a period of 24 months, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. The Contractor is required to manage the following fractions of municipal waste specified in the SWZ. The detailed scope of the Contractor’s rights and obligations is governed by the Contract Template (Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ).
