TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. Subject matter of the contract The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management, collection, storage, treatment (D) and transfer of the accepted municipal waste originating from the area of the Kotlin Commune from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, consisting in: receiving municipal waste, specified by type at the place for receiving waste indicated and ensured by the Contractor, where the types and estimated quantities have been indicated in the further part of the subject matter of the contract - table 1, and then processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or treatment (D) processes, at the waste management site indicated and ensured by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law, resulting from the method of handling waste, and the requirements arising from the procurement documents. a) “Municipal waste” means the waste defined as such in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, hereinafter: “the WAA”), and in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, hereinafter: “the ACOC”), as amended.
