TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for managing municipal waste originating from the area of Gmina Piaski, consisting in: a) receiving municipal waste, specified by type for the contract, at the place for receiving municipal waste indicated and ensured by the Contractor, from the operator responsible for collecting municipal waste, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, b) processing the received municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the place for managing municipal waste indicated and ensured by the Contractor, in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, c) performing reporting and information obligations, d) performing obligations ensuring that the Contracting Authority has the possibility to exercise its inspection and verification rights, e) the total estimated quantity of municipal waste planned for management during the term of the contract is: 3606 Mg. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3) The subject of the contract is also…
