TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for managing municipal waste generated within the local waste management system organised by the Żnin Municipality, to the extent that the Żnin Municipality has authority over the specified category of waste, the types and estimated quantities of which have been indicated in Chapter III of the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, hereinafter: “OPZ”. The comprehensive service for managing municipal waste will consist in the successive: 1) receiving municipal waste collected directly from property owners (in the “at source” system), the types of which are indicated in Chapter III(3) of the OPZ, at the place/places of receiving municipal waste, indicated and ensured by the Contractor, from the operator collecting municipal waste, in a manner compliant with the law and with the requirements resulting from the contract documents, 2) processing the received municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the place for processing municipal waste, indicated and ensured by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law and with the requirements resulting…
