Changes to the contract 1. The possibility of amending provisions of the contract concluded, in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, is envisaged with regard to the terms for performance of the services provided for in this contract, in the event of force majeure having a direct impact on the timeliness of performance of the service, understood as an extraordinary external event, independent of the will of the Parties, which could not be foreseen at the time the contract was concluded and, with due diligence, could not be foreseen as to the occurrence of that event and its effects, and could not, with due diligence, be avoided or overcome by the Parties, or its effects (e.g., hurricane, flood, natural disasters). 2.
