Contract Amendments 1. It is foreseen to allow changes to the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer under which the Contractor was selected, specifically concerning the deadlines for the performance of services stipulated in this contract, in the event of force majeure directly affecting the timeliness of service performance. Force majeure is understood as an extraordinary external event, independent of the Parties' will, which could not have been foreseen at the time of contract conclusion and which could not have been foreseen or avoided with due diligence, including its effects (e.g., hurricane, flood, natural disasters). 2.
