In the case of joint applications for the contract by Economic Operators, each Economic Operator submits the single document. These statements confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure to the extent that each Economic Operator demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. In the case of reliance on the capacity or situation of entities making resources available, the Economic Operator shall submit, together with its ESPD, also the single document of the entity making resources available, confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion of that entity and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure to the extent that the Economic Operator relies on its resources.
