TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is management of municipal waste from residential properties originating from the area of Gmina Piekary Śląskie in 2027 - unsorted waste with code 20 03 01 – unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of 12600 Mg/year 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 5 (draft contract provisions) and No. 6 (description of the subject of the contract) to the SWZ. 3. The waste processing site to which the waste will be delivered may not be located at a distance greater than 70 km from the address: ul. Kotuchy 3, 41-946 Piekary Śląskie, due to the fact that the transport service is on the side of the Contracting Authority. 1.
