TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from residential properties originating from the area of the Piekary Śląskie Commune in 2027 – unsorted waste with code 20 03 01 – unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of 12600 Mg/year. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No 5 (draft provisions of the contract) and 6 (description of the subject of the contract) to the SWZ. 3. The waste processing location to which the waste will be delivered may not be located at a distance greater than 70 km from the address: ul. Kotuchy 3 41-946 Piekary Śląskie, due to the fact that the transport service is on the part of the Contracting Authority. 1.
