. Contractors may apply jointly for the award of the contract. 2. Contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract must appoint a representative (attorney) to represent them in the procedure, or to represent them in the procedure and to conclude the contract for the public procurement. 3. The power of attorney document should: 1) specify the procurement procedure to which it relates, 2) list the Contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract (grantors of the power of attorney), 3) specify the person of the representative and the scope of their authority. 4. The power of attorney document must be signed by all Contractors applying jointly for the award of a public contract. 5. The power of attorney should be submitted in electronic form and provided with a qualified electronic signature. If the original power of attorney was prepared as a paper document and signed by hand, a digital copy of that document bearing a qualified electronic signature is submitted, attesting to the conformity of the digital copy with the paper document.
