TENDER DESCRIPTION

Waste management with code: 20 03 01 – mixed municipal waste; 15 01 06 – mixed packaging waste. The quantity assigned to each type of waste, as provided in Table No 1, is an estimated amount constituting the basis for calculating the price. The minimum and guaranteed amount of waste to be delivered is: - for mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) – 1,690 Mg - for mixed packaging waste (15 01 06) – 750 Mg. The Contracting Authority allows delivery of waste in quantities deviating from the limit indicated above for individual types of waste by +/- 50% (within the scope of the basic contract). Settlement shall take place ex post on the basis of the quantity of waste actually collected. The contract for Part 1 is subject to the right of option. Pursuant to Article 441 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority sets out: 1) the type and maximum value of the option: - the management of waste covered by the subject matter of the contract for Part 1 amounts to no more than 50% for each type of waste covered by the contract, over the amount of the maximum basic contract for the given type of waste (based on the unit prices adopted for the basic contract). 2) circumstances under which the option…
