TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes successive collection and management of waste in a recovery or recycling process in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01. 2. The method and place of management of the collected waste must comply with the applicable legal provisions in this respect, and in particular with the requirements of the above-mentioned Act on waste and its implementing provisions. 3. Waste with code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) will originate from selective collection from property owners and from mowing of streets and parks. 4. Collection of waste with code 20 02 01 will be carried out from the premises of the Municipal Waste Management Company Sp. z o.o. in Sosnowiec, from Monday to Friday, between 6.00 and 14.00, using the Contractor’s transport and at its cost. 5. The expected quantity of waste with code 20 02 01 amounts to a maximum of 500 Mg. The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract within the scope of at least 100 Mg of waste. 1.
