1. The subject of the contract is: − provision of waste removal services from the specified locations within the territory of the country, which are the places where the waste has been stored to date, including loading the waste onto the Contractor’s involved transport units and preparing the waste for transport from the places where it has been stored to installations for final recovery and/or final disposal, excluding landfilling; - provision of waste management services involving the transport of waste from the places where it has been stored to date and the transfer of waste to installations for final recovery and/or final disposal, holding an authorisation to carry out recovery or disposal of waste of a given code, located within the territory of the country, and subjecting the waste to processes of final recovery/final disposal, excluding landfilling.
