TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive waste management service from the area of the City and Municipality of Kórnik, the types and estimated quantities of which are specified in Chapter III, item 3 of the Description of the subject matter of the contract (“OPZ”), and the term for performance of the contract is specified in Chapter III, item 2 of the OPZ. The comprehensive waste management service will consist of: 1) accepting waste collected “at the source”, the types of which are specified in Chapter III, item 3, point 1) of the OPZ, at the place of acceptance of waste indicated and ensured by the Contractor, from the waste receiving operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents; 2) accepting waste, the types of which are specified in Chapter III, item 3, point 2) of the OPZ, collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point located within the Municipality of Kórnik in Czołowo (“PSZOK”), at the place of acceptance of waste indicated and ensured by the Contractor, from the operator providing waste transport services from PSZOK, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements resulting from the…
