TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of public space in the town of Trzciniec 1. The subject of the contract is the Development of public space in the town of Trzciniec. The scope of the investment includes, among other things:— Construction of gravel paths.— Installation of lighting and monitoring equipment.— Installation of benches and litter bins.— Construction and installation of a gazebo.— Supply and installation of a floating jetty. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in: a) the documentation (also referred to hereinafter as documentation), which constitutes an attachment to the SWZ and includes: the development design of the site, the technical design for the electrical installations and monitoring, and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works; b) the Bill of Quantities of the works - an attachment to the SWZ. The Bills of Quantities attached to the SWZ are for information purposes only. After becoming familiar with the technical documentation and other documents, the Contractor is obliged to determine the scope of works necessary to achieve the result.
