TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of green areas in the City Park on 1-go Maja Street in Zgierz The subject of the contract is: 1. Construction of a rain garden as a water-retention system of 300 m2, 2. Construction of perennial flowerbeds together with site preparation and finishing works—spreading wood chips, garden gravel, finishing the beds by installing lawn edging of the “Geoborder” type made of plastic with a height of 5–6 cm, in order to separate them from the lawn, 3. Sorting out the existing greenery and caring for old trees in the quantity of about 30 trees, including removal of deadwood, sanitary and corrective pruning, pruning of broken branches, and removal of mistletoe nests. The scope of the contract will also include cutting back shrubs to 25 m2 (if such necessity arises), 4. Marking the area with an information board with dimensions 80 cm x 120 cm, informing about co-financing from the budget of the Łódzkie Voivodeship Local Government, in accordance with the template provided by the Contracting Authority, 5.
