TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service titled: “Convenient, friendly and green spaces in Bydgoskie and Bielany” - tree planting services, and installation of small architecture elements: benches, waste bins, road fences, in the area of Bydgoskie Przedmieście and Bielany in Toruń. 2. The locations, scope of the task and the necessary studies are specified in the annexes to the contract: 1) Annex No. 1 – description of the task and location of waste bins. 2) Annex No. 2 – description of the task and location of benches. 3) Annex No. 3 – description of the task and planting plan in the Municipal Park 4) Annex No. 4 – description of the task and location of road fences: 3. By performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: - purchase and install 20 new waste bins at the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, disassemble old bins of the “mandarin” type and transport them to the place indicated by the Environment and Ecology Department of the City Hall of Toruń.
