TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Development of green areas under the project entitled: "Protection of biodiversity, animal habitats, and plant species in the area of the Municipal Park in Opole Lubelskie." The task is co-financed by the European Funds for the Lublin Region 2021-2027 program, under Measure 3.11: Protection of biodiversity within the Integrated Territorial Investments of Urban Functional Areas. 2. The subject of the contract is not divided into parts. The reasons for not dividing the contract into parts are set out in the further part of the ToR. 3. The scope of the contract concerns the area of the municipal park located on plot no. 421 in Opole Lubelskie, precinct 03, city of Opole Lubelskie. The investment area is covered by the provisions of the local spatial development plan of Opole Lubelskie approved by resolution no. X/92/04 RM in Opole Lubelskie dated 27 January 2004 (Official Journal of the Lublin Voivodeship No. 448, item 985 of 17 March 2004). Plot no. 421 is part of the palace-park complex in Niezdów.
