“Development of the area on plot no. 478/1 in the town of Szczukowskie Górki for tourism and recreational purposes” 1. The subject of the contract is the development of the area, including the construction of a tourism zone and a recreation zone in an area comprising a plot with land registry no. 478/1 in the locality of Szczukowskie Górki. The investment includes supplementing the existing sports and recreational area with additional functions by establishing a tourism zone, a recreation zone and additional development elements in the form of communication paths, solar lighting for the area and monitoring, extension of the fencing of the area, restoration of the grass surface. The tourism zone includes: - a tourism shelter/gazebo with a grill, - a solar bench with the possibility of charging phones, - a repair kit for bicycles, - an information board with a map of the GreenVello bicycle route, - small architecture elements - benches, waste bins, a bicycle rack. The relaxation zone includes: - an outdoor gym, - a playground area, - fencing of the playground area, - regulations for the playground area/outdoor gym.
