TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Development of the area at Czytankowa Street” carried out under WBO 2022 – project no 11 and the Housing Estate Fund, Sołtysowice housing estate, edition: 3, ranking number: 1. 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of construction works and landscaping works along with the care of greenery and maintenance of wooden elements, consisting in the development of the area at Czytankowa Street in Wrocław. The investment includes part of plots no 276/4 and 276/5, AM-8, cadastral district Sołtysowice. The site is expected to include the construction of a playground along with site development and the renovation of an existing path. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into four parts: - PART I: performance of construction works, - PART II: performance of landscaping works, - PART III: warranty maintenance of greenery, - Part IV: conservation of wooden elements. 2. Detailed information on the description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ together with annexes (including the contract template together with the OPZ).
