TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the Management of waste generated as a result of processing green waste in the planned maximum amount of 3 000 Mg. As a result of screening on a three-fraction screen of green waste after the composting process, a fine under-screen fraction from 0 to 10 mm is produced, constituting a soil-improving agent referred to as “koMPOścik”, as well as a medium fraction from 10 to 60-90 mm and a coarse fraction above 60-90 mm, which constitute waste covered by the subject of the contract. Within the mechanical processing process of green waste, no magnetic separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals is used. Waste covered by the subject of the contract is classified, in accordance with legal conditions applicable on the date of contract notice, as waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than that listed in 19 12 11.
