TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services covered by the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT in the period from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027 of SELECTIVELY COLLECTED BIODEGRADABLE KITCHEN WASTE AND BIODEGRADABLE WASTE WITH CODES 20 01 08 and 20 02 01<<, consisting in the management of municipal biodegradable kitchen waste and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from residential and non-residential properties in the City of Luboń, as well as those collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, carried out depending on the location of the Contractor's municipal installation by: a) collection of waste delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor's municipal installation and its management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law in a total estimated amount of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation location within a distance of up to 45 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters); OR b) collection by the Contractor and transport of waste from the transfer station located in Luboń to the place of management and its management by the Contractor in accordance with…
