TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services covered by the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT in the period from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027 of SELECTIVELY COLLECTED KITCHEN WASTE UNDERGOING BIODEGRADATION AND BIODEGRADABLE WASTE WITH CODES 20 01 08 and 20 02 01<<, consisting in the management of municipal kitchen waste undergoing biodegradation and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from residential and non-residential properties in the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, implemented in accordance with the location of the Contractor’s municipal installation through: a) collection of the waste delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor’s municipal installation and their management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated quantity of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation location within 45 km from the Contracting Authority’s seat); OR b) collection by the Contractor and transportation of waste from the transfer station located in Luboń to the place of management and their management by the Contractor in…
