TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services covered by the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT in the period from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027 of selectively collected packaging waste made of plastic with codes 15 01 02 and 20 01 39<<, consisting in the management of municipal packaging waste made of plastic with codes 15 01 02 and 20 01 39, originating from residential and non-residential properties in the territory of the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, carried out by collecting and transporting the waste from the transfer station located in the town of Luboń to the place for management and managing it in the contractor’s municipal installation, in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, in a total estimated quantity of up to 1500 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2.
