TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services under the name: „Development of greenery in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 2” 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Task No 1 (as the basic subject of the contract): performing a service consisting in developing greenery in eleven Locations indicated in the SWZ. 2) Task No 2 (service covered by the option right): a) maintaining and caring for the developed greenery during the period from 15.04.2027r. – 15.10.2027r. in the Locations indicated in the SWZ in accordance with the attached design and cost estimate documentation for the individual Locations, b) the maximum value of the option right – PLN 21,402.30, c) the Contracting Authority makes the use of the option right dependent on financial capacity enabling its performance. 3.
