TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: „Development of green areas in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 4” 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Task No 1 (the basic subject of the contract): performing a service consisting in the development of green areas in ten Locations indicated in the Bidding Documents (SWZ); 2) Task No 2 (service covered by the option right): a) maintaining and caring for the developed areas during the period from 15.04.2027r. – 15.10.2027r. in the Locations indicated in the SWZ; in accordance with the attached project-cost documentation for the individual Locations, b) maximum value of the option right – 41.431,70 PLN, c) The Contracting Authority makes the use of the option right dependent on financial capacity enabling their performance. 3. The subject of the contract for Task No 1 assumes performance of the service for the individual locations in accordance with the project scope and the bill of quantities attached, and includes, inter alia: 1) demolition works in the scope of pavements/surfaces, 2) cleaning and preparing the ground for planting, 3) planting plants, finishing…
