TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services titled: “Development of green areas in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 5” 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Task No 1 (the subject matter of the contract): performance of a service consisting in developing green areas in ten Locations indicated in the SWZ. 2) Task No 2 (service covered by the right of option): a) maintenance and care of the completed developments in the period from 15.04.2027r. – 15.10.2027r. in the Locations indicated in the SWZ; in accordance with the attached design-and-cost documentation for the individual Locations, b) maximum value of the right of option – PLN 29.183,70, c) the Contracting Authority makes the use of the right of option dependent on financial capacity enabling their performance. 3.
