TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: “Development of green areas in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the City of Katowice – Part 5” 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Task No 1 (in the basic scope of the contract): performing a service consisting in developing green areas in ten Locations indicated in the SWZ. 2) Task No 2 (service covered by the option right): a) maintaining and caring for the developed areas during the period from 15.04.2027 to 15.10.2027 in the Locations indicated in the SWZ; in accordance with the attached project-and-cost documentation for the respective Locations, b) maximum value of the option right – PLN 29.183,70, c) the Contracting Authority makes the use of the option right dependent on financial capacity that allows it to be carried out. 3. For Task No 1, the subject matter of the agreement assumes performance of the service for the individual locations in accordance with the design scopes and bill of quantities and includes, among others: 1) Demolition works in the scope of surfacing, 2) cleaning and preparing the site for planting, 3) planting of plants, finishing and maintenance works. 4.
