TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is construction works in the scope of: For Part 1 of the procedure: Limiting the urban heat island effect – creation of a green bus stop Wapienica Centrum. - The investment site includes the area of plot 281/6, 281/7, 713/14, cadastral district 0020 Wapienica. - The investment concerns increasing biologically active area by removing part of the paved square and expanding the green area near the Wapienica Centrum bus stop (area of ul. Cieszyńska 392) in Bielsko-Biała. The scope of the investment includes: - Preparatory and demolition works, including securing existing trees, manual demolition of paving from concrete slabs on a cement-sand bedding, demolition of the subbase and kerbstones together with foundation footings - Loading and hauling away rubble from the demolition site - Dismantling metal posts - Installation of concrete kerbstones from the demolition works, including execution of concrete footings and a drainage band made of aggregate - Preparation and installation of an information board on EU funding – 1 item - Works related to shaping green areas, i.e. preparing the ground for planting - Execution of new tree plantings (Grusza…
