TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is the procurement of goods—supply of electrical energy for a period of 12 billing months from the conclusion of the individual contracts, i.e. from the commissioning of the billing metering points into the supplier’s balancing group by the competent system operator, in all respects in accordance with the technical characteristics and other conditions of this Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority carries out a green public procurement procedure and requires that at least 50% of the total electrical energy that the selected bidder will supply be produced from renewable energy sources (the so-called “green energy”).To stimulate the production of energy from renewable sources so that it becomes more competitive than energy obtained from conventional sources, and to encourage the construction of new renewable energy sources and achieve sustainable development, the Contracting Authority has stipulated that the electrical energy must include the above-mentioned minimum percentage of electrical energy from renewable energy sources.
