TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is to ensure physical guarding of the Horácká Multifunctional Arena premises and attendant (event staff) services for the sports and cultural events held here. The relevant activities will consist in physical supervision and, if necessary, intervention in the event of security incidents, ensuring the proper course of the events, protecting property, and protecting the life and health of persons. The performance also includes checking the authorization of entrances, preventing damage from occurring, including monitoring the electrical fire alarm system and the central protection panel. Depending on the type of event held, the selected supplier will provide attendant services either using its own personnel or in coordination with another security agency. The selected supplier will provide physical guarding of the Horácká Multifunctional Arena premises in a 24/7 regime using its own personnel.
