TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the provision of public services in passenger transport by public rail passenger transport to ensure transport services within the operational unit "Ještědská železnice II" on part of the territory of the Liberec Region with overlaps into neighboring regions, in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions, as amended, and § 2 of the Public Service Obligation Act (ZVS). The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled on the basis of a contract concluded by the contracting authority with the supplier who submits the most economically advantageous offer. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the time development of revenue amounts will be fully borne by the contracting authority. The subject of performance of the public contract is further specified in the binding draft contract (Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation). Other technical conditions defining the subject of the public contract are set out in Article 10 of the procurement documentation.
