TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is the operator of public urban transport in Prague and the surrounding region. The purpose of this sector public contract is to conclude a letter of instruction agreement, the binding draft of which is set out in Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), on the basis of which the activities listed below will be carried out within the construction project entitled Reconstruction of the tram line /Seifertova – Táboritská – Jičínská (up to the end of the section above Přemyslovská Street)/ and related roads (hereinafter referred to as the “construction”). The selected supplier shall be required to ensure the performance of all investor and engineering activities, in particular to ensure handover of the construction site, performance of the technical supervision of the investor (hereinafter referred to as “TDI”), performance of the BOZP coordinator, any property-law settlement, putting the construction into operation, its commissioning and activation.
