TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of SAP licences, subscription and maintenance for the planned project to implement the SAP S/4HANA system. Based on the outcome of the conducted preliminary market consultations, the contracting authority set up the procurement procedure in such a way that suppliers submit an offer which will contain two solutions, namely: • Hybrid solution – a hybrid operating model of the SAP environment o a combination of on-premise licences and cloud services, o the solution includes SAP BW/BW4HANA operated in the on-premise model. (hereinafter referred to as “Hybrid solution”) • Cloud solution – a cloud operating model of the SAP environment o a cloud model based on SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition, o the solution includes SAP BW/BW4HANA operated in the on-premise model.
