TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the provision of licenses for the use of the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution (EES) program for schools and academic institutions for a period of three years, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. The subject matter of the public contract also includes the following related services in the Czech language: - technical support for the products by telephone and e-mail, in an unlimited scope, - consultation and advisory services regarding licensing issues, - facilitating access to installation media and keys of the provided products, - provision of Help Desk services (Hot Line), - management of VLSC websites, activation and management of SA benefits. The offer must include the identification of the licenses according to the price list of the company Microsoft.
