TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of licenses for use of the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution (EES) program for schools and academic institutions for a period of three years, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. The scope of performance of the public contract also includes the following related services in the Czech language: - technical support for products by telephone and e-mail in an unlimited scope, - consultation and advice regarding licensing issues, - mediation of access to installation media and keys of the provided products, - provision of Help Desk services (Hot Line), - management of VLSC website(s), activation and management of SA benefits. The offer must include the labeling of licenses according to the price list of Microsoft.
