TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contracts awarded under the established Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will be the provision of elimination of consequences of extraordinary events involving leakage of substances that may worsen or threaten the quality of surface and groundwater on roads managed by the Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD s. p.). Elimination of an extraordinary event involving leakage of substances for these purposes means removal of the consequences of an accident or emergency state. In addressing the elimination of the consequences of an accident/emergency on roads managed by the Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD s. p.), remediation works are carried out on the affected water management facilities (DUN, RN, SN, ORL) including sewers, slot drains, and all other drainage elements of the road. In case of soil contamination outside the roadway, the remediation works also include excavation of the soil and terrain adjustments, including modification of banks, sloped embankments, and water channels.
