TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is to provide software maintenance of the Ataccama MDM product (hereinafter also only “SW MDM”) for the DEV/TEST/PROD environments, including upgrades and related activities beyond standard maintenance. The subject of the public contract is also to provide expert support for activities requiring specified qualifications of experts, ensuring maintenance of the SW MDM product (hereinafter only “Expert Support”). The subject of the public contract also includes training for SW MDM. The contracting authority requires support for SW Ataccama in two main parts: A. SW maintenance of the Ataccama MDM product for the DEV/TEST/PROD environments (hereinafter also only “Maintenance”) B. Expert support, which consists of: 1. development activities (hereinafter also only “Development Activities”), 2. consulting and advisory activities (hereinafter also only “Consultations”).
