TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of public contracts awarded under a framework agreement shall be the provision of technical and related expert services in the field of Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the purpose of digitalising the Prague City Hall (hereinafter referred to as “MHMP”), within the MHMP architectural office, which acts as the central methodological, coordination and consulting workplace for all architectural areas within the MHMP environment. The subject of the services shall include, in particular, ensuring the following: • Ensuring the processes of the MHMP Digitalisation; • Ensuring continuity of the provided expert services (staffing) in the field of business, application, technology (including infrastructure), security and solution architecture; - Expert and methodological support for staff of the competence centre; - Consultation and training in the field of architectural methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate, etc.); - Support for project and agile management of ICT; - Providing cooperation in the planning, design and approval of solutions for ICT systems and technological solutions; • Ongoing review and development of the existing architectural practice methodologies…
