3.1. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is the contract administration services for the contracting authority’s public contracts, both for public contracts of small value awarded outside the regime of ZZVZ and for public contracts awarded in procurement procedures or under special procedures in accordance with ZZVZ; furthermore, consultancy services related to public contracts going beyond contract administration of public contracts; and also representation of the contracting authority in administrative or judicial proceedings conducted in connection with the contracting authority’s public contracts. The selected supplier shall, for the contracting authority, during the period of the following 48 months from the date the framework agreement takes effect or until the maximum financial limit of the framework agreement is reached, provide the contracting authority in particular with the following services: comprehensive administration of the contracting authority’s public contracts on the basis of instructions from the contracting authority, which means preparation of the tendering conditions and carrying out the relevant selection…
