TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of Part 1 of the Public Contract is the provision of design works, author supervision, and related engineering activities for repairs and reconstructions of facilities managed by the Construction and Track unit 830000, under the conditions and within the deadlines set out in the Binding Framework Agreement Proposal (Annex No. 2A of the tender documentation), within the scope of the Technical Specification and Unit Price List for Part 1 of the Public Contract. The framework agreement for Part 1 of the Public Contract will be concluded with a maximum of three (3) contractors.
