The subject of this public contract is the provision of service and licensing support for network security devices of the F5 manufacturer technology, to the extent set out in the technical specification, which forms Appendix No. 1 to the contract – the Tender Form. The technical specification in particular includes the specification of the supported devices of the F5 technology, the required type and level of service support, the duration and period of validity of the service support, and the required licences, including their delivery and ensuring their validity for the period specified by the contracting authority. Further information about the subject of performance and the performance conditions is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the Tender Documents (TD) – the binding Contract template (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
